Introduction of HST will not change the amount that can be charged for the issuance of a status certificate.  In accordance with Section 18 of O.Reg 48, the fee that may be charged for issuing a status certificate is $100.00 "inclusive of all taxes."  The fact that HST has now been introduced does not change the fact that only $100.00 may be charged for each status certificate issued.
