Ben is a condominium lawyer and litigator.  Ben’s practice has taken him to the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and, he has made submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.  Ben has also appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal on Tarion matters, and the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal.  Ben is counsel on a number of reported condominium cases.  Ben also practices general and corporate/commercial litigation.

In addition to condominium law, Ben is experienced in insurance defence litigation which gives him an insight unique in the condominium industry with respect to condominium insurance issues.

In the past, Ben has acted as a teaching assistant in a law course offered by York University, and has taught a high-school equivalency course in Canadian and International law.  As a member of the West Scarborough Justice Committee, Ben volunteered his time as a mediator between offenders and their victims.
