Joe is counsel with the law firm of Fine & Deo, which he joined in 2000 after practicing with a large, national law firm.  Joe practices in the field of litigation, focusing specifically on the areas of condominium and commercial litigation, administrative law advocacy, as well as labour and employment litigation.  Joe has extensive experience representing clients at various levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and before various adjudicative bodies, such as the Ontario Municipal Board, various Committees of Adjustment, the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Joe has also contributed articles and commentary to various periodicals and newsletters in the areas of commercial litigation, condominium law and labour and employment litigation.
