Marco joined Fine & Deo as an associate in the year 2000 and practices in the real estate and condominium law fields where he focuses on the transactional side of those areas. Marco's practice has expanded to include condominium development and service. He has worked on residential, mixed commercial/residential and common elements condominium projects.

Marco assists his condominium corporation clientele with their day to day operational issues and has become an expert in condominium by-laws. Marco also advises his condominium and corporate clientele on issues surrounding the application of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
