Maria's practice involves all aspects of condominium law, representing and advising condominium corporations in all corporate and civil litigation matters. Maria also practices in the fields of energy, corporate and commercial law. Maria has authored articles and contributed commentary on condominium law for industry publications, including the Condo Voice published by the Canadian Condominium Institute, and has published a periodic newsletter dedicated to condominium specific issues. Maria has also been a speaker at various condominium seminars and conferences organized for directors of condominium boards and property managers, including the Annual Condominium Conference presented by the Canadian Condominium Institute Toronto & Area Chapter and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.

Maria is a member of the Canadian/Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Condominium Institute. Maria obtained her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School and her B.A. Hons. in Economics and Political Science from York University.
