Michael practices primarily in the area of condominium law, having represented condominium corporations on a wide variety of matters since joining Fine & Deo in 1998. Michael has published articles on condominium law for industry publications such as The Condovoice and Condominium Manager, and has been a speaker at various condominium seminars. Michael has been an instructor at the Seneca College Real Estate Course for Law Clerks and is a regular instructor of the Humber College Condominium Law Course for Property Managers. Michael is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Condominium Institute. He is also a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario’s Ethics Committee. Michael has been with Fine & Deo since his call to the bar in 1998 and practices primarily in the area of condominium law.  He has represented condominium corporations on a variety of matters and is widely published in various industry publications. <o:p></o:p> Michael is an enthusiastic supporter of the condominium community.  He teaches the Condominium Law Course for Property Managers at Humber College and is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario’s Ethics Committee.<o:p></o:p>
