Francesco plays an important role at Fine & Deo in keeping condominium boards, managers, and owners up-to-date with the ongoing implementation of the recent amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998.

Francesco’s long-term vision is to give back to the condominium industry, and to help evolve and shape the industry in a positive manner. Francesco’s work has been published in the CondoVoice Magazine. He is also a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
